Reach out to us via Facebook or on Initial Inquiry Form (can be found below of this web page) to let us know about your wedding details, including date, location, and any specific requests or questions you may have. We’ll get back to you shortly to discuss your vision.

• Choose date, time and number of photographers

• Fill out contact form information: Provide your contact details so we can reach you easily for further communication.

• Complete the Wedding Questionnaire: Help us understand your preferences and requirements.

• Signing of Contract: Sign the contract agreement to confirm your booking and secure our services for your special day. This step solidifies our commitment to you and outlines the terms of services.

• Deposit of Down payment: Pay the required down payment to reserve your booking within 3 days. This payment confirms your commitment and secures your chosen date and services. Failed to deposit within 3 days, Contract and reservation bill be cancelled.

• Booking Confirmation: Once we receive your down payment, we’ll send you a booking confirmation. 

• Leading up to your wedding day, we’ll stay in touch to finalize details and create a timeline that ensures we capture every moment beautifully. We’re here to offer advice, answer questions, and provide guidance to help alleviate any pre-wedding jitters.

• Scheduled zoom chat, online meeting, or in-person meet-up based on your preference to discuss completed questionnaire, clarify doubts, discuss the details on your vision of your wedding, must-have shots and provide expert advice on planning the photography aspects of you wedding

Stay in touch with the couple leading up to the wedding day to ensure all details are finalised and any last-minute changes are accommodated.

On the big day, our photographer(s) will arrive to capture a diverse range of shots, from candid moments to formal portraits. 

After the wedding, we’ll meticulously refine each image to ensure it meets our high standards of quality and artistry. Our image processing includes color correction, cropping and exposure adjustments to enhance the beauty of every photograph. 

Once the photo post-processing is complete, we’ll deliver your images in a timely manner via a secure online gallery. Here, you can view, share, and download photos with ease.
